Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sickbay Nurse to provide excellent clinical care within our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure patient well-being, maintain high standards of safety, and create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ health conditions accurately.

• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.

• Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to maintain a safe and efficient sickbay.

• Educate staff on health and wellness practices as needed.

• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Nursing qualification with a valid practice license/PIN.

• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably across multiple healthcare settings.

• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
