Position Summary
The Provider Relations Officer will assist in managing all aspects of healthcare service provider relations, ensuring effective collaboration and strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. The successful candidate will support provider engagement activities, address service-related concerns, and contribute to maintaining high standards of healthcare service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing relationships with healthcare service providers across the provider network.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
- Support provider onboarding, engagement, and communication activities.
- Address provider inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally and promptly.
- Monitor provider performance and support quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of provider services.
- Assist in resolving claims or operational issues affecting healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate provider records, reports, and documentation.
- Support compliance with company policies, healthcare standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in provider visits, meetings, and relationship management activities when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, healthcare administration, insurance operations, or provider relations is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
