We invite qualified and dedicated professionals to join our team as a Full-Time Anesthetist.


Position Summary

The Anesthetist will deliver safe and effective anesthesia care before, during, and after surgical and diagnostic procedures. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients’ medical histories and evaluate their physical condition to determine appropriate anesthesia plans.

  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care strategies.

  • Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia for surgical or diagnostic procedures.

  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical responses during procedures and adjust anesthesia levels as required.

  • Manage and maintain anesthesia equipment and ensure its functionality and readiness before use.

  • Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients’ recovery in collaboration with surgeons and nursing staff.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to anesthesia-related emergencies.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital policies and professional standards.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Anesthesia, Medicine, or a related field (Postgraduate training in Anesthesiology will be an added advantage).

  • Valid medical license and registration with the relevant professional council.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of anesthesia machines and patient monitoring equipment.

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, resuscitation techniques, and pain management practices.

  • Excellent decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret medical reports and clinical documentation accurately.

  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in high-pressure situations.
