We are seeking a competent, proactive, and customer-focused professional to join our team as Manager (Filling Station).


Position Summary

The Filling Station Manager will oversee the daily operations of the station to ensure efficient service delivery, safe fuel handling, and proper financial and inventory management. The role requires strong leadership to manage staff, maintain operational standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

The Filling Station Manager will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the filling station to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Ensure safe fuel handling practices and strict adherence to operational safety procedures.

  • Monitor and manage fuel stock levels, product deliveries, and accurate inventory records.

  • Supervise, train, and guide station staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.

  • Monitor sales activities, cash handling, and financial records to ensure accurate reporting and accountability.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations governing fuel station operations.

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across the station premises.

  • Implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Procurement, or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Lower.

  • Minimum basic computer literacy.

  • Four (4) guarantors as part of employment requirements.
