Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, grow the bank’s portfolio, and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet customer needs while supporting the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the bank’s customer base.

  • Conduct credit analysis and evaluate loan applications in line with bank policies.

  • Promote the bank’s products and services to meet customer financial needs.

  • Monitor client accounts and ensure high standards of portfolio quality.

  • Provide professional financial advisory services to customers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal banking policies.

Educational Requirements

  • A First Degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable tertiary institution with a minimum of Second Class Lower.

  • Must have completed National Service.

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Credit Analysis within the financial services sector.

  • Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills.

  • Excellent analytical and credit assessment capabilities.

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong business development and sales orientation.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
