Position Overview

IT & Electric Ghana Limited seeks enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates to join our team in Accra and Kumasi. The successful candidates will assist customers, promote products, and ensure a positive in-store experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales skills while contributing to a dynamic and service-driven retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.

• Provide accurate information about products and promotions.

• Maintain an organized and attractive store environment.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

• Support team members in achieving sales targets and store objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of electronics products is an added advantage.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
