Position Overview

IT & Electric Ghana Limited seeks a skilled and proactive IT Technician to support the company’s technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems while ensuring reliable network performance and providing technical support to staff. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations and a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.

• Monitor and maintain network systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Diagnose hardware and software faults and implement effective solutions.

• Assist with system upgrades, installations, and routine maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT support or technician role.

• Knowledge of networking systems and hardware troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Customer service orientation with good communication skills.
