Role Summary
The HR & Administration Assistant will provide hands-on support to the Group HR Manager across key human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, employee records management, and day-to-day administrative coordination to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Support leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and HR reporting activities
- Assist with employee engagement and staff communication initiatives
Payroll & Records Administration
- Support payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of payroll-related information
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee data and records
- Assist in updating HR databases, files, and administrative systems
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and documentation standards
Administrative Coordination
- Provide administrative support to the HR and management team
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication activities
- Assist with office administration and operational support tasks
- Support procurement and general office coordination when required
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HR and administrative support roles
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems
