Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales growth and expand market presence in assigned territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, promoting pharmaceutical products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for assigned territories and product lines.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and distributors.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client training sessions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide sales strategy.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to implement sales strategies.
Attend industry events, conferences, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, a related Science field, or Business/Marketing.
2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with medical and pharmaceutical sales processes is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
