Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager drives business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. The role focuses on revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and delivering value to clients while supporting the company’s long-term objectives.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for clients.

  • Monitor business performance and report on key metrics and targets.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business development goals.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking activities.

  • Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making processes.


Educational Requirements & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Must have successfully completed the GISI certification course.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar business development role.

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, and market development.
