Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Administrative / Marketing Officer to join our Accra team. The successful candidate will efficiently manage administrative operations while supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative activities including scheduling, documentation, and office coordination.

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, print, and other channels.

  • Maintain accurate client records and contribute to effective customer relationship management.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials for internal and external use.

  • Assist with events, promotions, and special projects.

  • Promote smooth communication and coordination across teams.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Degree, Diploma, or HND in Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or marketing role.

  • Location Requirement: Applicants must reside in Dansoman, Kaneshie, Odorkor, Weija, Mallam, or surrounding areas.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
