JOB DESCRIPTION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (TRANSPORT & OPERATIONS) – FULL-TIME

Position Overview
Pizzaman Chickenman seeks a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support transport and operational activities. The successful candidate will coordinate transport schedules, manage administrative records, and ensure smooth logistics operations that support timely delivery across branches.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Transport & Logistics Coordination
- Manage transport schedules and maintain accurate driver logs.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with branches to ensure timely distribution of goods.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance records and monitor service schedules.
- Support efficient fleet operations to ensure reliability and performance.
Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports on fuel usage, transport expenses, and operational activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation for transport operations and compliance requirements.
Financial & Documentation Support
- Process transport-related invoices, payments, and requisitions.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of transport supplies and related expenses.
- Support compliance documentation including licenses, insurance, and regulatory records.
Coordination & Reporting
- Assist the Transport Manager in scheduling meetings and coordinating activities.
- Prepare basic performance and operational reports as required.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations flow.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in transport, logistics, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of fleet or transport management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
