The company seeks a motivated and results-driven Female Sales Representative to join its team and contribute to expanding its market presence and strengthening client relationships nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s healthcare and medical products to clients across assigned territories
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
- Present product information clearly and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
- Support the General Manager with administrative and operational tasks when required (especially at entry level)
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Background in medical or healthcare-related disciplines is preferred
- Experience or knowledge in in vitro diagnostics (IVD) is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within the medical, healthcare, or related industries
- Entry-level candidates may be considered for a Sales Assistant role, with responsibilities that include supporting the General Manager and assisting with sales operations

- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
- Build and sustain effective customer relationships
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Show initiative, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
- Work independently and manage time effectively
