Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Motor Insurance Agency Coordinator to join our team in Tema. In this role, you will actively drive business growth, manage client relationships, and ensure efficient underwriting processes while contributing to the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Prepare, review, and manage policy documents, quotations, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive business growth by actively sourcing, engaging, and securing new insurance clients.
• Assess risks and make informed underwriting decisions in line with company guidelines.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Deliver excellent service to retain existing clients and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Follow up promptly on leads and convert prospects into loyal clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience

You should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in underwriting and/or insurance marketing.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Solid analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to work.
