Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day HR operations, contribute to employee engagement initiatives, and help ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation efficiently
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
- Assist with leave administration, attendance tracking, and general HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management, learning, and development initiatives
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Provide support on employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Organize training programs and support compliance reporting activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR generalist role
- Experience within the insurance industry is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
