Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day HR operations, contribute to employee engagement initiatives, and help ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation efficiently
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
  • Assist with leave administration, attendance tracking, and general HR operations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management, learning, and development initiatives
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Provide support on employee relations matters and conflict resolution
  • Organize training programs and support compliance reporting activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR generalist role
  • Experience within the insurance industry is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
