Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Manager to lead operations, support team development, and ensure the efficient running of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will create a positive work environment, drive performance, and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Implement strategies to improve performance and service delivery
• Maintain a welcoming and professional work environment
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management
• Address operational challenges and resolve issues effectively

Requirements

• Degree or HND in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary
• Must possess a valid Ghana Card
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is an added advantage
