Job Summary

Oak Plaza Suites is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer / Payroll to support human resource operations and ensure accurate and timely payroll management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining employee records, supporting HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support recruitment, on-boarding, and employee documentation processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR matters
  • Prepare HR and payroll reports for management review
  • Coordinate leave management and attendance tracking
  • Support employee relations initiatives and HR administrative functions
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR and payroll administration
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and statutory compliance
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
