Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our home care team. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, working closely with families and caregivers to ensure comfort, safety, and effective treatment. Your expertise and dedication will directly contribute to improving the quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes according to individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient health, record observations, and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments safely and accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and rehabilitation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification recognized in Ghana.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional nursing experience, preferably in home care or community health.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to improving patient well-being.
