Job Summary

Digicraft Ghana is seeking a highly creative and experienced Multimedia Designer to develop visually engaging content across digital, print, and motion platforms. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with technical expertise to deliver high-quality designs that elevate brand storytelling and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and digital assets.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver cohesive and impactful projects.
• Create designs for digital platforms, social media, websites, and print materials.
• Edit and enhance video and audio content for various marketing and communication needs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multimedia design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced work across digital design, print media, and animation.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
