Role Overview

The Front Office Officer will manage front desk operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and executive calendars efficiently.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support travel arrangements and logistics coordination for staff when required.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support various departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Educational & Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Specific Training:

  • Training in executive-level calendar management, high-stakes communication handling, and comprehensive travel coordination.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the finance industry is an advantage.
  • Bilingual skills will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
