Role Overview

The Driver will ensure the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of staff, clients, and materials. This role requires a high level of responsibility, adherence to road safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport staff, clients, and materials to designated locations.
  • Plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
  • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide professional and courteous service at all times.

Educational & Professional Requirements

  • At least a Senior High School Certificate or Diploma.
  • Minimum of one (1) year proven driving experience.
  • Valid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.

Specific Training:

  • Defensive driving skills.
  • Fleet maintenance and management.

Core Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes.
  • High level of reliability, punctuality, and responsibility.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
