Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team in Kumasi. In this role, you will help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while supporting inventory handling and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming stock
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Load and unload goods while following safety procedures
• Support stock-taking and inventory control activities
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a warehouse or similar role
• Physically fit and able to lift and move stock safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
