Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Programme Managers to lead and oversee high-impact governance initiatives. You will manage program design, implementation, and evaluation while ensuring alignment with the Centre’s mission and strategic objectives. This is a dynamic role that requires leadership, innovation, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of governance programs and initiatives
- Develop program strategies, work plans, and budgets to achieve measurable outcomes
- Coordinate with government agencies, partners, and stakeholders to ensure program success
- Track progress, evaluate program impact, and report findings to senior management
- Identify opportunities for scaling initiatives and improving program effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, donor requirements, and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Governance, Political Science, Law, Economics, International Relations, Development Studies, or Public Administration
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ relevant experience in program design, implementation, and management
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical, research, and reporting abilities
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in French, Arabic, or Portuguese is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results
