About the Role

Hobort Auto Parts Express is seeking energetic and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team across Ghana. In this role, you will promote and sell a wide range of automobile parts, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell automobile parts to new and existing customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including mechanics, workshops, and retailers
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Provide product information and recommend suitable solutions to customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions

Requirements

• Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business are an advantage
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automobile parts or a related industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory effectively
• Basic knowledge of automobile parts is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions
