Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Representatives to drive product visibility, expand market reach, and build strong customer relationships nationwide. The ideal candidate will actively identify sales opportunities, engage key stakeholders, and contribute to revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products to wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and institutional buyers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement personnel and key decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market insights

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical, medical sales, or FMCG sectors
  • Demonstrated experience engaging procurement personnel, supermarket buyers, wholesalers, and distributors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales
