Role Overview

We are seeking a courteous and professional Hotel Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests. The successful candidate will manage front desk operations, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues effectively
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants must reside in East Legon or nearby areas
