We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team. In this role, you will drive health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Deliver safety training and awareness programs for staff.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and reports.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as NEBOSH International General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an HSE role.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
