Human Resources Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Kumasi, Ghana

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within the organization. The successful candidate will drive recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

This role requires a strong leader who actively supports management in workforce planning and ensures that HR practices align with organizational goals and Ghanaian labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Ensure full compliance with Ghana labour laws and internal company regulations.
  • Lead performance management systems, including appraisals and employee evaluations.
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Provide HR advisory support to management and departmental heads.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR management or supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Ghana labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organizational environment.
