Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. You will play a critical role in financial planning, cost management, and decision-making to support business growth and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee costing, inventory management, and financial analysis to support operational efficiency.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Manage and optimize ERP systems and financial processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and cost control.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CA, or CIMA) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong background in costing, inventory management, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
