We are a reputable steel company in Ghana based in Tema, actively engaged in metal recycling and steel production for residential and commercial sectors across Africa. Our product range includes C-Channels, Angle Bars, Mild Steel Reinforced Bars, and High Tensile Reinforced Steel.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources function. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring the effective management of talent across the business. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Drive performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to management and department heads.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.
