Job Summary

Bayview Village is seeking a responsible and alert Lifeguard to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will ensure the safety of all guests using pool facilities while maintaining a friendly and professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas closely to ensure the safety of all guests
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations at all times
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
• Conduct routine safety inspections of pool equipment and surrounding areas
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool environment
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide a welcoming and supportive presence
• Report incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold safety standards

Requirements

• Degree or HND in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Lifeguard or in a similar role
• Valid lifeguard and first aid certification (required)
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
• Excellent observation and quick decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
