Job Summary

Bayview Village is seeking professional and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our team full-time. The successful candidates will provide attentive, efficient, and friendly service while ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, providing menus and daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Handle guest feedback and complaints gracefully and escalate when necessary
• Uphold all company standards for service, hygiene, and professionalism

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional waiter/waitress role
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and professional appearance
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
