Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at Multipro Private Limited, you will drive sales growth, lead and mentor a high-performing team, and build lasting relationships with key clients in the HoReCa, FMCG, and B2B sectors. Your strategic vision and hands-on approach will contribute directly to our continued success in the Ghanaian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance using CRM and other sales tracking tools.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HoReCa, FMCG, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Ghana’s foodservice and hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
