Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven CUP Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will actively promote our products, achieve sales targets, and provide outstanding service to clients across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by actively engaging customers and promoting CUP products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
  • Identify market opportunities and adapt sales strategies to maximize results.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Travel within assigned locations to grow and maintain customer base.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum SHS certificate or relevant field experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, or marketing.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
