Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven CUP Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will actively promote our products, achieve sales targets, and provide outstanding service to clients across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by actively engaging customers and promoting CUP products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Identify market opportunities and adapt sales strategies to maximize results.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Travel within assigned locations to grow and maintain customer base.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum SHS certificate or relevant field experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, or marketing.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel as required.
