Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Production

• Operate high-speed six-color flexo printing machines with in-line folder gluer systems.
• Run flexo casemaker printing machines at optimal speeds (up to 300 pcs/min) to maximize efficiency.
• Set up new six-color print jobs within targeted timelines (30 minutes).
• Mix and match water-based ink shades to meet production and quality specifications.

Quality & Process Control

• Maintain high standards of print quality and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Apply 5S principles to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to achieve optimal OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Identify faults and collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve machine issues promptly.
• Lead and support autonomous maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability.
• Perform routine checks and ensure proper handling of equipment.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, train, and guide team members to improve operational performance.
• Foster teamwork and ensure adherence to production standards and procedures.
• Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team capability.

Technical Support

• Support flexo plate mounting and ensure accurate alignment (advantageous skill).
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, for reporting and tracking production data.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Printing Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in flexo printing for corrugated cartons.
• Strong hands-on experience with high-speed flexo printing machines.
• Knowledge of printing processes, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
