Location: Adeiso, Eastern Region, Ghana

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Adeiso. The successful candidate will support production operations, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and contribute to efficient and continuous manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement timely corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality management systems, including ISO standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post–national service relevant experience.
  • Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change.
  • Demonstrated commitment as a safety champion in all operational activities.
