Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Adeiso, Eastern Region, Ghana
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

The Forklift Operator plays a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials within the production and warehouse areas. The role requires a safety-conscious individual who operates equipment responsibly while supporting smooth operational flow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklift and related equipment safely, legally, and courteously at all times.
  • Comply fully with all posted and known speed limits and road traffic regulations within the facility.
  • Drive defensively to prevent accidents and ensure workplace safety.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including the consistent use of provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain assigned equipment in a clean, functional, and presentable condition.
  • Report equipment faults or issues promptly to the Supervisor and complete required documentation for repairs.
  • Support warehouse and production operations as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid professional driving license (Class E).
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
