Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen client relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working in the field, engaging customers directly, and delivering value through product knowledge and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers to promote and demonstrate company products
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service and expert product knowledge
• Identify new sales opportunities and actively grow the customer base
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary education required
• Minimum of 3 years’ field sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, and customer engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Salary & Benefits

• Net Salary: GHS 1,200 per month
• Monthly Sales Commission
• Work Support Allowance (T&T): GHS 800
• Additional Benefits: Lunch, airtime, and other allowances
