Pharmacist (Full-Time)
Location: Nationwide – Greater Accra, Ashanti, Northern, Central & Western Regions, Ghana

Role Overview
We are seeking qualified and motivated Pharmacists to join our full-time team across multiple regions in Ghana. You will provide professional pharmaceutical services, support healthcare facilities, and contribute to training and capacity-building initiatives.
You will work in a dynamic environment that values clinical expertise, communication, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate dispensing and patient counseling on medications
- Ensure safe, effective, and rational use of medicines
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care
- Plan and deliver training sessions for healthcare staff when required
- Facilitate educational programs on medication management and best practices
- Monitor and report on drug usage, safety, and compliance standards
- Maintain proper documentation and pharmacy records
- Travel to healthcare facilities to support service delivery and training activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in pharmacy practice or a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to plan, deliver, and facilitate training sessions effectively
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across assigned regions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
