Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join our full-time operations team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial plant machinery, with a strong focus on injection molding systems.

You will play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient production processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and service mechanical and electrical systems within the production plant
  • Troubleshoot faults and perform repairs on injection molding machines
  • Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance plans
  • Ensure optimal operation of machinery to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Enforce safety standards and compliance with operational procedures
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues quickly
  • Recommend process and equipment improvements to enhance productivity

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial plant environment
  • Proven experience working with injection molding machines (strong advantage)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of industrial systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards
  • Ability to work independently and within a technical team
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
