Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our full-time team. You will drive marketing and business development initiatives, expand our customer base, and strengthen brand visibility in the HVAC and technical services market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships
• Execute sales and business development activities to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
• Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams to align service delivery with client expectations
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
• Experience in HVAC or technical services is an added advantage
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and competitive market environment
