Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Persons to join our team at our Osu and East Legon branches. You will actively promote our photography services, engage with clients, and drive revenue growth while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell Photo Club Imaging services to walk-in clients and corporate customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and convert leads into sales
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years proven experience in sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team across multiple locations
