We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial & Client Service Executive to join our Accra team. In this role, you will play a central part in managing client relationships, supporting commercial operations, and ensuring seamless execution across the client journey.
Core Responsibilities
You will:
- Manage the full client journey from initial enquiry through to delivery and post-engagement follow-up, ensuring consistency and excellence at every stage.
- Coordinate client communications and ensure timely, professional responses to all requests and engagements.
- Support commercial activities including proposals, documentation, and client presentations.
- Manage senior leadership calendars with precision, ensuring no missed meetings, deadlines, or commitments.
- Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and records with strong attention to detail.
- Provide executive support with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Use tools such as Canva, MS Teams, Outlook, Slack, and Google Workspace to enhance workflow efficiency and communication.
- Anticipate needs, take initiative, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
- Maintain high organizational discipline while managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Support continuous improvement of client service processes and commercial operations.

Qualifications & Experience
You should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client service, commercial coordination, or executive support.
- Experience in professional services or consulting environments (strong advantage).
- Exposure to proposal writing or client communications (advantageous).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
