We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Ho. In this role, you will actively oversee production operations, lead frontline staff, and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Enforce strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.
• Support the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure continuous production flow.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and wastage.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
• Train and guide production staff on standard operating procedures and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate production records and report operational performance.
• Promote a culture of discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement on the production floor.

Qualifications & Competencies

You should have:

• An HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or strong knowledge of food processing operations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills in a production environment.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and quality control systems.
• Ability to manage people, processes, and production targets effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
