Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations across multiple locations. You will actively drive revenue growth, develop high-performing sales teams, and strengthen client relationships while maintaining a culture of excellence and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise sales teams across assigned regions
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolios
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance and provide actionable reports to management
  • Coach and mentor sales executives to improve productivity and results
  • Ensure consistent achievement of company sales objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations effectively
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
  • Experience in financial services or consultancy is an advantage
