Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and administrative operations professionally.
- Receive and attend to parents, visitors, and staff courteously.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence efficiently.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and office coordination activities.
- Assist with student records and administrative reporting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Support management and teaching staff with administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail and confidentiality.
