BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (FULL-TIME)

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships.
Position Overview
The Business Development Executive will identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and support strategic sales initiatives. The role requires a proactive professional with strong commercial insight, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Promote company products and services through presentations, proposals, and client engagements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Represent TG Holdings at meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales (automotive or B2B sales preferred)
- Experience in vehicle sales, fleet management, or corporate sales is an added advantage
Technical Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability in relationship management and professional networking
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
