Role Overview

BRAC Ghana Savings & Loans Ltd is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Transformation Officer to support the design and implementation of digital initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing digital financial services, improving operational efficiency, and driving data-informed decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives across the organization
  • Assist in implementing and optimizing digital financial service solutions and payment platforms
  • Ensure compliance with digital financial services directives issued by the Bank of Ghana
  • Support the integration and management of payment applications and related systems
  • Collect, manage, and analyze data to support business insights and operational improvements
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities and implement solutions
  • Provide support in user training and adoption of digital tools and platforms
  • Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and digital initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, fintech, or payment systems
  • Knowledge of digital financial services regulations and directives of the Bank of Ghana
  • Experience with payment applications and financial technology platforms
  • Strong data management and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
