Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Branch Manager to support the branch operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day branch activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and promoting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving branch targets.
• Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage financial reporting, cash handling, and operational risk.
• Support business development initiatives to expand the branch’s client base.

Qualifications & Experience

• HND/Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Professional qualification in the relevant field is an advantage.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
