Role Overview

As a Branch Manager, you will oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional client service. You will lead a dynamic team, maintain operational efficiency, and strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your leadership will be central to achieving our organizational goals and expanding our impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
  • Drive business development initiatives to meet and exceed branch targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure adherence to BRAC Ghana’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor branch performance and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, finance, or related sectors.
  • Professional qualification in banking or finance is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a team effectively.
